Chainway URA4 Fixed RFID Reader

The Chainway URA4 is a powerful stationary UHF RFID reader specifically designed for automated data capture and industrial applications. With four antenna ports, high reading speed, and versatile interfaces, the system is ideally suited for demanding application areas such as warehouse management, production, retail, or asset tracking.

Equipped with modern Impinj E710 RFID technology and support for Impinj Gen2X, the URA4 offers particularly high performance in capturing RFID tags. With a reading speed of over 900 tags per second, even large amounts of data can be processed quickly and reliably.

Thanks to the four antenna connections, multiple reading zones can be covered simultaneously. This makes the reader perfect for stationary applications such as incoming goods inspections, conveyor belt solutions, automatic inventory recording, or access controls. Different antenna types can be flexibly integrated to optimally adjust the range and coverage.

The system is based on Android 9 and is powered by an octa-core processor with 1.8 GHz. In combination with up to 3 GB RAM and 32 GB of storage, applications can be run directly on the device, enabling fast local data processing.

For integration into existing IT and industrial systems, the URA4 offers numerous interfaces such as RJ45 Ethernet, RS232, USB, and HDMI for external displays. In addition, GPIO interfaces are available, enabling direct connection to machines, sensors, or automation systems.

The reader also supports modern communication standards such as WLAN, Bluetooth, and optional cellular connections. This allows the device to be flexibly integrated into networks and used in distributed systems.
