When making inquiries, please always have your order number and, if applicable, the serial number of the product ready so that we can process your request quickly.
Returns & Refunds
Returns due to a defect or incorrect delivery are only possible with our prior written consent.
- Please request an RMA number by phone from customer service or by email via support(at)biztech-distribution.eu, stating the serial number/invoice number and a description of the fault.
- After your application has been reviewed, you will receive an RMA number with detailed shipping information within one working day.
- Required for shipping/returns:
- Pack the item securely for transport in its original packaging (if available).
- Please include a copy of the invoice and a description of the error.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the package.
- We send the shipment prepaid exclusively to the shipping address of our logistics center provided.
- Once the goods arrive, they will be inspected. Depending on the situation, they will be repaired, replaced, or a credit note issued. We will keep you informed of the progress via email.
Please note:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept unregistered or unpaid shipments.
These RMA and support policies apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions. In case of doubt, the Terms and Conditions prevail. Priority.

Returns & Complaints
No, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Exceptions are made for incorrectly delivered items or defective goods. Should we, as a gesture of goodwill, accept a return, we will charge €30 for goods valued under €200; otherwise, the price will be agreed upon.
Visible defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please report the defect, such as a faulty device, by email to: support(at)biztech-distribution.eu.

Please send items only to the address specified in the RMA authorization (see Support & RMA ) . We do not accept collect shipments to our office address.
The customer bears the shipping risk. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking.
