Chainway UR1A – Powerful UHF RFID reader with long range and versatile connectivity options
The Chainway UR1A is a compact yet extremely powerful UHF RFID reader equipped with the CM710-1 module and Gen2X RFID technology . It supports the frequency ranges 865–868 MHz , 920–925 MHz , and 902–928 MHz , thus offering flexible deployment options in various regions.
With an output power of 30–33 dBm (depending on configuration) and a 9 dBi antenna gain, the UR1A achieves an excellent read and write range . Its high sensitivity of -84 dBm ensures reliable detection of even weak RFID tags—ideal for applications in logistics, warehouse management, industry, and access control.
The UR1A is equipped with RS232 , Ethernet (RJ45) , GPIO , and PoE support , offering maximum flexibility for integration into existing systems. The four SMA male antenna connectors allow external antennas to be connected to optimize range and coverage.
Installation is simple and secure thanks to the 60 × 60 mm screw hole (D6 × 4) . The input voltage range of DC 9–12 V allows operation in a variety of environments. A 12 V/2 A power adapter is included.
