Chainway R6 UHF RFID Sled Reader

The Chainway R6 is a powerful UHF RFID sled reader, specially designed for professional data collection and inventory processes. The device is simply combined with a smartphone, transforming it into a powerful RFID reading solution for mobile applications. This creates a compact and flexible all-in-one solution for modern work processes.

The reader is based on the powerful Impinj E710 chip and supports the EPC C1 GEN2 and ISO18000-6C standards. This allows RFID tags to be read and written quickly and reliably. Under optimal conditions, the maximum reading range can be up to approximately 30 meters, while a reading speed of over 1300 tags per second enables particularly efficient data collection.

The Chainway R6 connects to smartphones or mobile devices via Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 and reliably transmits captured data to applications or central systems. Thanks to the holder, smartphones with a width of approximately 68 to 80 mm can be used, allowing the reader to be flexibly combined with various devices.

Optionally, the device also supports powerful 1D and 2D barcode scanning. This means that in addition to RFID tags, classic barcodes and QR codes can also be captured, significantly expanding the range of applications.

The reader has a replaceable 5200 mAh battery, which enables a standby time of over 70 hours and offers reliable operating time during continuous RFID operation. The device is charged via USB Type-C.

With its robust construction, the Chainway R6 is designed for industrial operating conditions. The device withstands drops from heights of up to 1.5 meters and is IP54 rated for protection against dust and splashes.
