R3 UHF Reader – Compact RFID reader with strong performance
The R3 UHF reader from Chainway is a powerful desktop RFID device for professional applications in logistics, retail, warehouse management, and access control. Based on the high-quality CM310-4 module with the Impinj E310 chip, the reader offers reliable reading accuracy, modern interfaces, and a robust design.
The R3 supports the UHF frequency spectrum of 865–868 MHz, 920–925 MHz, and 902–928 MHz , making it suitable for international use and compliant with the EPC Gen2X standard (ISO18000-6C). The transmission power is variably adjustable from 1 to 30 dBm , while the sensitivity of –70 dBm ensures precise detection even of weak tags. The reading range is up to 90 cm , depending on the tag and the application environment.
Thanks to its integrated Bluetooth interface (BLE 4.0) and USB Type-C port, the R3 can be flexibly connected to PCs, mobile devices, or terminals. Its robust construction with IP65 certification reliably protects against dust and splash water. A suitable USB-C cable is included .
