The Cambium Networks XE5-8 is a state-of-the-art indoor Wi-Fi 6/6E access point, specially designed for high-density networks with an extremely large number of end devices. With its five-radio architecture – including two 5/6 GHz modules (4x4) and one 2.4 GHz module (4x4) – it offers flexible deployment options in tri-band operation and achieves impressive total data rates of up to 15.6 Gb/s.

Thanks to Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) support, the XE5-8 is future-proof and already enables a stable connection on the new 6 GHz band, while older devices can continue to access 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. The integrated 8x8 and 4x4 MIMO technology ensures maximum performance even with high utilization – ideal for locations with high user concentration such as schools, universities, event centers, stadiums, or large corporate sites.

Intelligent management is carried out via cnMaestro™ or XMS Cloud, two powerful Cambium platforms that enable easy configuration, monitoring, and management – whether in the cloud or on-premises. Furthermore, the access point supports up to 2,500 simultaneous clients and up to 16 SSIDs, making it the perfect solution for complex WLAN environments.
